| Victoria Jankowska
(1 lipca 1987 ‒ 8 marca 2013) była studentką roku dyplomowego studiów magisterskich na Wydziale Instrumentalnym Uniwersytetu Muzycznego Fryderyka Chopina w Warszawie w klasie harfy prof. Urszuli Mazurek. W roku 2011 uzyskała licencjat z wyróżnieniem w klasie harfy prof. Urszuli Mazurek. Była również magistrem filologii polskiej Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (specjalność: język polski i literatura polska w cywilizacji europejskiej; magisterium z zakresu komparatystyki intersemiotycznej). W 2012 roku obroniła pracę magisterską Zygmunt Noskowski wobec literatury i kultury romantyzmu. Artystka współpracowała z wieloma orkiestrami, m.in.: z Polską Orkiestrą Sinfonia Iuventus, Orkiestrą Filharmonii Lubelskiej, Toruńską Orkiestrą Symfoniczną, Płocką Orkiestrą Symfoniczną, Radomską Orkiestrą Kameralną, Orkiestrą Sinfonia Viva. Angażowała się w różne projekty, m.in.: Com’in Festiwal, Noc Muzeów, Festiwal Nauki (również jako prelegentka konferencji naukowej). Zainaugurowała obchody Roku Lutosławskiego w Meksyku. W dniu 7 lutego 2013 r. wykonała wraz z flecistą Mariuszem Moćko recital na flet i harfę Witolda Lutosławskiego Trzy fragmenty na flet i harfę Recitativo arioso na skrzypce i fortepian oraz wygłosiła po hiszpańsku wykład „Harfa w Polsce ‒ historia, repertuar i kompozytorzy” (El arpa en Polonia – la historia el repertorio y los compositores). Miesiąc później, 8 marca 2013 r., Jej tak pięknie zapowiadające się życie zostało tragicznie przerwane w Filharmonii Dolnośląskiej w Jeleniej Górze. W koncercie Muzyczne Pary miała zagrać utwory Piotra Czajkowskiego Uwerturę – fantazja Romeo i Julia i wstęp do dramatu muzycznego Tristan i Izolda Richarda Wagnera. * * * Victoria Jankowska (born on the 1 st of July 1987 – died on the 8 th of March 2013) was a student of the diploma-year of Master of Arts programme at the Instrumental Faculty of the Fryderyk Chopin Musician University in Warsaw in the capacity of harp led by prof. Urszula Mazurek. In 2011 she was awarded a bachelor degree with distinction in the capacity of harp guided by prof. Urszula Mazurek. She also held a Master’s degree in Polish philology being graduated from the University of Warsaw (speciality: Polish language and Polish literature in the European civilization, master thesis on intersemiotic comparatistics). In 2012 she defended her master thesis under the title Zygmunt Noskowski in relation to literature and culture of romanticism. She collaborated on a regular basis with the Polish Orchestra Sinfonia Iuventus, participated in its primary performances and recordings, giving concerts as an orchestra musician in the Grand Theatre – National Opera, the Witold Lutosławski studio of the Polish Radio, the Baltic Philharmonic, the European Music Centre in Lusławice, the Congress Hall in Warsaw. She inaugurated the celebrations of the Lutosławski Year in Mexico. On the 7th of February 2013 she performed in cooperation with a flutist Mariusz Moćko a flute and harp recital in memory of Witold Lutosławski Three fragments flute and harp and Recital arioso for violin and piano, and delivered a lecture Harp in Poland – history, repertoire and composers (El arpa en Polonia – la historia el repertorio y los compositores).
